姜杰曦，1980年生，曾任中节能（西安）环保能源有限公司常务副总经理、中节能（西安）生态环保有限公司董事长，2023年2月至今任中节能环境管理服务有限公司董事长。
2025年前三季度，节能环境实现收入44.20亿元，归母净利润8.83亿元。
