12月20日，广东一网友发布视频称自己点了外卖骑手却迟迟未送达，因为自己要赶飞机，时间来不及了，就和骑手说不要了，没想到骑手情绪失控直接将餐食摔砸在家门口，网友还称，已向平台反馈，正在等待处理结果。（中国蓝新闻）
