据工业和信息化部12月12日消息，为提升监控化学品进出口管理效能，经研究，工业和信息化部、商务部及海关总署决定自2026年1月1日起优化部分锂亚硫酰氯电池进出口监管措施。适用范围为第三类监控化学品亚硫酰氯（化学文摘社登记号：7719-09-7）灌装含量不超过1千克的单个锂亚硫酰氯电池或电池组。
