财联社12月11日电，天眼查显示，近日，上海商汤科技开发有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由20亿人民币增至35亿人民币，增幅75%。该公司成立于2020年1月，经营范围包括人工智能应用软件开发、人工智能基础软件开发、信息系统集成服务等。股东信息显示，该公司由上海阡伦科技有限公司全资持股。
