格隆汇12月4日丨华电新能(600930.SH)公布，公司与中国华电集团有限公司（简称“中国华电”）签订的2025年《工程承包、设备及服务采购框架协议》将于2025年12月31日到期，考虑未来该等交易仍将持续发生，公司拟与中国华电续签工程承包、设备及服务采购框架协议，协议期限为三年，自2026年1月1日起至2028年12月31日止。
