财联社12月3日电，苏州今日有2宗宅地出让，最终均底价成交，总成交金额11.49亿元。其中一宗由苏州新高城市发展有限公司（新高城发）以底价7.89亿元竞得，成交楼面价10000元/㎡；另一宗由苏州高新产业新城建设发展有限公司（苏高新）以底价3.6亿元竞得，成交楼面价10000元/㎡。
