11月27日，摩根大通（JPM.N）宣布，将在伦敦东部的金丝雀码头（Canary Wharf）金融区建造一座新的300万平方英尺（280,000平方米）的办公大楼，新建大楼将作为公司在英国的总部，大楼将可容纳12000名员工。
摩根大通预测，该项目有望在六年内为当地经济贡献99亿英镑（130亿美元），其中包括在建筑业和其他当地产业创造7800个新的就业岗位。
