航材股份11月20日公告，拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购总金额不低于人民币5,000万元，不超过人民币10,000万元。回购价格不高于80元/股。回购股份将用于减少注册资本及员工持股计划、股权激励。回购期限为自股东大会审议通过回购方案之日起12个月内。
