据彭博社，加密金融公司 LevelField 获得伊利诺伊州监管批准收购芝加哥社区银行 Burling Bank，拟将其改造成一家提供加密货币服务的全牌照银行。该交易仍需美联储批准，LevelField 预计在年底前完成交割。公司计划以最高 7,000 万美元收购 Burling，并保留其社区银行业务，同时新增数字资产存款、贷款、托管与加密奖励信用卡等服务。
