【业主反馈】你好，我是大同印象小区的业主，我们大同印象小区暖气主阀门和业主家门口阀门都被盗了，提前交完供暖费现在暖气用不上
今天（11月16日）打电话，（得知）物业和热力都知道这情况，（但是）两个部门都没提前告知阀门丢失相关情况，也没做相关统计，（没能在）供暖之前解决阀门缺少的问题，提前安装好，保障业主供暖。
