翰宇药业（300199）发布公告，2025年11月17日，公司董事会同意聘请唐洋明、沈亚平为公司执行总裁，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满之日止。
唐洋明拥有超过20年的多肽药物研发经验，自2005年加入公司以来历任多个重要职务。沈亚平则在国际医药行业有丰富的经验，曾任职于多家知名药企。
2025年前三季度，翰宇药业实现收入6.83亿元，归母净利润7135万元。
