晨光新材涨停，东岳硅材涨超11%，硅宝科技、金银河、合盛硅业等跟涨。
媒体报道，有机硅行业实控人会议将在11月18日召开，或将确定减产目标。行情数据显示，目前多数有机硅厂商处于停报封盘状态。
