今年5月21日下午，赵某将车停靠在路边非机动车道上，开门时未注意后方情况，撞倒了骑电动车经过的张某，4天后，张某因抢救无效死亡。民警进行现场勘查发现，赵某停车的位置设有明确的禁停标志，属于违法停放。
10月16日，北京市顺义区人民法院对此案作出判决，被告人赵某犯交通肇事罪，判处有期徒刑一年二个月。
