财联社11月13日电，钙钛矿电池概念快速走强，中利集团3连板，奥来德、中来股份、天合光能跟涨。消息面上，据南京工业大学官网，团队成功构建全钙钛矿叠层 LED 器件，并提出利用层间光子循环效应来提升钙钛矿 LED 的光提取效率，使得叠层钙钛矿 LED 外量子效率突破 45%，再次刷新该领域世界纪录。
