11月12日，东阿阿胶（000423）发布公告，董事会近日收到王小跃、于晓辉提交的辞职报告，因工作变动原因，王小跃和于晓辉申请辞去公司第十一届董事会董事职务及相关委员会职务。
辞职后，两人不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务，但将继续在华润医药集团任职。
2025年前三季度，东阿阿胶实现收入47.66亿元，归母净利润12.74亿元。
