【越乔】获悉，武汉一批项目计划引入民间资本 参与投资建设运营。其中， 东湖高新花山河南岸综合体项目，拟引入民间资本方式为民资参股。
该项目规划建筑总面积为41.5万平方米，住宅32.89万平方米、商务及商业7.11万平方米、文化设施1.5万平方米。
据显示，该项目领域为城市基础设施，该项目回报机制为纯市场化经营。
