人民财讯11月11日电，鸿日达(301285)11月11日公告，公司拟与福建特度科技有限公司、上海鸿科同创企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）共同投资设立鸿科半导体（东台）有限公司，进行半导体封装引线框架的研发、设计、制造和销售业务。其中，公司认缴出资额9000万元，占股60%。
