杭州解百11月11日公告，公司董事陈建文因工作调动申请辞去公司董事等职务，辞职后将不在公司担任其他任何职务。陈建文的辞职未导致公司董事会董事人数低于法定最低人数，其辞职不会影响董事会的正常运作，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
