10月29日，中国银行发布公告称，该行董事会收到卓成文的辞呈。因工作变动，自2025年10月30日起，卓成文不再担任该行董事会秘书及公司秘书职务。公告表示，董事会对卓成文任职期间对该行做出的贡献表示感谢。
