据 CoinDesk 报道，加密交易与钱包服务商 Blockchain com 正在与 Cohen & Company Capital Markets 合作，探索通过 SPAC 方式在美国上市。该公司已就潜在交易进行洽谈，目前尚不确定是否仍在推进。此前，Blockchain com 曾在 2021 年以 52 亿美元估值融资 3 亿美元，2022 年估值升至 140 亿美元，2023 年最新一轮融资估值约为 70 亿美元。
