格隆汇10月20日丨埃斯顿(002747.SZ)公布，公司拟向全资子公司南京鼎派机电科技有限公司（简称“鼎派机电”）增资人民币22,000万元，全部计入资本公积。鼎派机电完成增资后，再由其向全资孙公司CloosHoldingGmbH（简称“CloosHolding”）增资2,500万欧元，全部计入资本公积。本次增资完成后，公司仍持有鼎派机电100%的股权，鼎派机电仍持有CloosHolding100%的股权。
