据港媒报道，陈奕迅接受采访时谈到自己的焦虑症治疗情况，他介绍自己患上这一病症的重要原因是巡演的压力。两年多治疗的过程中，陈奕迅曾试过停药，尽管也能睡得好、心情好，但会忽然之间打冷颤，不过他自己认为焦虑症状还没有严重到无法出门见人的程度。
