（一）周度成交情况
2025年第39周（09.22-09.28），北京商品房成交上升，商品房销售面积为23.82万㎡，环比上升；87.9%成交套数为2369套，环比上升33.02%。
其中，商品住宅成交面积16.54万㎡，环比上升100.79%；成交套数为1259套，环比上升97.96%。
