浙江作为我国目前唯一一个高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区，不仅要物质富裕还要精神富裕。从去年5月份开始，浙江在全国首创了文化特派员制度，选派了首批100名省级特派员分赴各村驻点，涵盖教育、艺术、设计等多元领域。这些文化特派员这一年的实践成果如何，通过三段故事，一起感受乡村因文化而发生的生动蝶变。
