齐鲁网·闪电新闻9月16日讯 记者从临沂城管部门了解到，受本轮强降雨影响，城区柳青河、涑河正在发生较大流量行洪过程，已对沿河部分下穿采取临时封闭措施，包括柳青河西路的南昌路、长沙路、沭河路、南京路下穿，柳青河东路的南昌路、长沙路、沭河路下穿，涑河北街的西中环下穿。请广大市民提前绕行，避免冒险涉水。
