中新网9月8日电 据中央气象台网站消息，今年第16号台风“塔巴”(强热带风暴)的中心已于08日08时50分前后在广东省台山市沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有11级(30米/秒)，中心最低气压978百帕。
