格隆汇9月3日｜美国航空租赁公司Air Lease将以74亿美元售予住友集团、阿波罗资管、布鲁克菲尔德资管等一众投资公司组成的财团。每股收购价为65美元，股权总值约74亿美元，含债务在内的企业总值约282亿美元。据Air Lease官网，该公司目前拥有空客与波音飞机共789架，客户遍布全球。被收购后的Air Lease将更名为Sumisho Air Lease，并与三井住友集团旗下的SMBC航空资产公司合并，营业规模将紧追行业龙头AerCap。
