北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）9月1日，中指研究院发布报告显示，8月，全国100个城市新建住宅平均价格约为1.69万元/平方米，环比上涨0.2%，同比上涨2.73%。其中，一线城市新建住宅价格环比上涨0.48%，同比上涨6.88%；二线城市环比上涨0.21%，同比上涨1.64%。
