8月1日最新消息，国家发展改革委体改司副司长蒋毅表示，今年第三批690亿元支持消费品以旧换新的超长期特别国债资金已全部下达完毕，并将于10月按计划下达第四批690亿元资金，届时将完成今年3000亿元的资金下达计划。
