王国兵，男，祖藉安徽无为，蘭芝堂主人，生于1963年11月，中国楹联学会会员，中国文化管理协会书画工作委员会会员，芜湖市美术家协会会员，无为市美术家协会会员，中共党员。

自幼酷爱书画艺术，初学芥子园画谱，后临王雪涛徐悲鸿等名家之作。擅长国画牡丹、紫藤、骏马、雄鹰等。多年来继承发展创新，笔耕不辍，勤学苦练，执着追求，锐意花鸟，尤其牡丹色彩明快娇艳富丽，将牡丹的高贵典雅表现的淋漓尽致，深受国内外友好人士的喜爱和好评。作品多次参展和在《兰亭诗画》及《竹丝文艺》上刊登，还有作品在安徽省文明网上宣传，颇受社会各界欣赏和收藏。
