7月31日，工银双盈债券（010068）发布公告，关于基金经理变更的事项。新任基金经理黄诗原于2025年7月29日正式上任，具备12年的证券从业经验，2013年加入工银瑞信，曾任投资经理，现任养老金投资中心投资副总监、基金经理。共同管理本基金的其他基金经理为谷青春。
基金经理吕焱于2025年7月29日离任，并继续担任其他基金的基金经理。
