财联社7月25日电，金桥信息(603918.SH)公告称，公司拟向特定对象发行股票，募资不超过6.33亿元，用于智慧空间核心解决方案升级项目、面向行业应用的AI研发项目及补充流动资金。发行数量不超过公司总股本的20%。发行价格不低于定价基准日前20个交易日公司股票交易均价的80%。
