7月22日，广东。一租户发现每月电费异常高达千元（仅1台空调），电工检测发现关闭2楼电闸后电表仍运行，3楼电线被私接至2楼电表。租户自5月起电费激增（与3楼入住时间吻合），9年累计多缴电费15470元。结果：房东拔除私接电线并全额退款，租户已搬离。（大象新闻）
