人民财讯7月17日电，中国电力在港交所公告，公司、中电国际、平煤神马新疆、新疆能源及托里发电订立了一份股权转让协议，据此公司已同意收购及新疆能源已同意出售托里发电31%的股权，代价合共人民币3.1亿元（约相等于3.41亿港元）。
