7月11日，中化岩土（002542）发布公告，公司内部审计负责人王立肖辞职，因个人原因申请辞去该职务。辞职后，王立肖不再担任公司任何职务。
截至公告日，王立肖未持有公司股份，也不存在未履行的承诺事项。
2025年一季度，中化岩土实现收入1.31亿元，归母净利润-5159万元。
