金融界7月8日消息，东方中科公告称，持有公司股份 3460.68万 股（占目前公司总股本比例 11.68%）的股东大连金融产业投资集团有限公司，计划自公告披露之日起 15 个交易日后的 3 个月内（2025 年 7 月 31 日至 2025 年 10 月 30 日），以大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过 592.72万 股；自 2025 年 8 月 22 日起至 2025 年 10 月 30 日，以集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份不超过 296.36万 股。本次合计减持公司股份不超过 889.08万 股（约占目前公司总股本比例 3.00%）。
