7月3日，上海野生动物园，有网友称一名游客多次用球砸水豚头部。对此，动物园工作人员回应表示，当天是工作人员疏忽了，球很轻，水豚没有受伤，但女子的行为对小朋友影响不好，已经采取措施，接下来会增强巡查力度，做几块告示牌。 （荔枝新闻）
