财联社6月23日电，寒武纪(688256.SH)公告称，公司将回购股份价格上限由297.77元/股调整为不超过818.87元/股，调整后的价格上限不高于董事会审议通过决议前30个交易日均价的150%。此次调整旨在保障回购股份方案的顺利实施，其他回购方案内容不变。董事会已审议通过该调整，无需提交股东大会审议。
