马瑞为青海省自然资源厅副厅长；
马瑞出生于1975年，早年在青海科学技术厅工作，曾担任过青海省科技厅农村与社会发展处副处长、青海省科技厅高新技术及产业化处副处长、青海省农村牧区能源办公室主任、青海省科技厅社会发展科技处处长。
2021年7月，任玉树州副州长至今。
