5月30日，安徽建工（600502）发布公告，公司及其子公司近期涉及2起诉讼案件，合计涉案金额为2.46亿元。2起案件中，安徽建工均为原告。
据公告，其中一起案件中，涉事双方为安徽建工与泗县自然资源和规划局，案由为建设工程施工合同纠纷，涉案金额为16,311.56万元。受理法院为泗县人民法院，目前案件一审正在审理中。
