财联社6月1日电，中指研究院6月1日发布的数据显示，5月份，中国主要城市依然延续新房价格结构性上涨、二手房价下跌趋势。数据显示，5月份，中国100个城市新建住宅平均价格为每平方米16815元（人民币，下同），环比上涨0.30%，同比上涨2.56%。100个城市二手住宅平均价格为每平方米13794元，环比下跌0.71%，同比下跌7.24%。
