格隆汇5月29日丨中银航空租赁(02588.HK)发布公告，2025年5月28日，公司与空中客车公司(Airbus S.A.S.，“空客”)订立协议向空客购买六架空客A320NEO飞机及三架空客A321NEO飞机；及(2)与Gulf Air B.S.C. (C)(“航空公司”)就飞机订立长期租赁。交易事项构成公司的一项合资格飞机租赁活动。
