5月19日，英伟达CEO黄仁勋接受美国科技分析师本·汤普森专访时称，美国推行的人工智能限制令“是完全错误的”。 黄仁勋还提到，中国在人工智能方面做的非常出色，“全球50%的人工智能研究人员是中国人，你无法阻止他们在人工智能领域取得进展。例如DeepSeek就是非常不错的产品。”
