格隆汇5月9日｜太古地产(1972.HK)公布，今年第一季香港整体办公楼租用率92%，去年底为93%。太古广场及太古坊租金分别下降16%及14%。商场方面，太古广场购物商场、太古城中心及东荟城名店仓出租率均达100%。期内，太古广场购物商场零售销售额跌5%；太古城中心零售额升2.9%；东荟城名店仓零售额跌5.8%。
