圣阳股份4月17日公告，公司董事会近日收到副总经理刘树彬的书面辞职报告，刘树彬因个人原因申请辞去公司副总经理职务，辞职后不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。同日，公司召开第六届董事会第十二次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司副总经理的议案》，同意聘任李志忠为公司副总经理，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会届满之日止。
