据彭博社，OKX 因违反马耳他反洗钱规定，其当地子公司于本月被马耳他金融情报分析局（FIAU）罚款 110 万欧元（约合 120 万美元）。该罚款源于 2023 年 4 月的一次现场合规检查，官方称发现多项违规行为，其中部分被认定为“严重且系统性”。FIAU 表示，OKX 所进行的业务风险评估未能充分识别其所提供产品可能带来的洗钱风险。
