格隆汇3月21日丨中国卫通(601698.SH)公布，公司董事会于近日收到公司董事兼总经理彭涛先生的书面辞职报告。因工作变动原因，彭涛先生申请辞去公司董事、总经理、董事会提名委员会委员、董事会战略与投资（ESG）委员会委员职务，其辞任后不再担任公司职务。彭涛先生的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
