去年12月，太原市无偿献血“三免”政策出台，今年2月1日将正式实施，其中明确，无偿献血者可以按照相关规定免费乘坐公共交通、免费游览公园景区、免费享受门诊诊疗等，这一政策的出台在全国尚属首例。1月23日，市政府新闻办举行新闻发布会，市卫健委、市血液中心、市交通运输局相关负责人介绍有关情况并回答记者提问。
