北京时间1月18日，中国羽毛球运动员高昉洁在个人社交媒体上发布动态，称自己在参加印度羽毛球公开赛期间，被卡在酒店8楼和9楼之间，由于按电梯也没有反应，所以只能在电梯内等待酒店工作人员救援。
1月15日，2025年印度羽毛球公开赛在印度首都新德里举行。女单第二轮，中国选手高昉洁1-2遭泰国选手李美妙逆转，无缘八强。
