"对违法办案的法官个人追责追偿必须落到实处"这是最高法下决心要整治法官违法办案，努力让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义的有力举措。
《人民法院司法赔偿案件追偿工作实施办法》（法[2024]311号)自2025年1月1日起实施。
那就期待在2025年纠正存量错案，对枉法裁判的法官追责追偿。
